Building Services Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

Duties and Responsibilities
Independently preparing full project documentation for buildings and infrastructure networks (concept design, planning applications, and technical design stages)
Conducting engineering calculations using specialist industry software
Preparing plans, sections, schematics, and profiles (AutoCAD, Profil Koordynator; Revit desirable)
Liaising with utility network operators and statutory undertakers
Preparing documentation for statutory consents and administrative approvals
Collaborating with local authorities, clients, and developers
Producing schedules and technical specifications
Reviewing and checking project documentation
Signing off on project documentation
Preparing documentation for print and issue
Coordinating across design disciplines
Exercising architect's/engineer's design supervision (nadzór autorski)
Candidate Requirements
Education
Degree-level qualification in Environmental Engineering
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience
Professional qualifications
Full design licence in sanitary/building services engineering (without limitations)
Software proficiency
Instalsoft, Profil Koordynator, AutoCad, Autodesk Revit, Ms Office
