At SRDK STUDIO we work in two coordinated design teams, architects and sanitary installation designers, which streamlines the entire workflow. Thanks to this collaboration, we minimize the energy needs of investments in the face of climate change and support sustainable development. Working with a group of trusted specialists, we develop optimal technical solutions while keeping economic factors in mind.
BIM
SRDK STUDIO uses BIM to precisely design buildings and spaces and manage the design process. The digital multidimensional model and datasets streamline project management. The documentation provided to investors enables building management throughout the entire facility lifecycle. With BIM, building operation is simpler.
ESG
SRDK STUDIO delivers projects in accordance with ESG guidelines. Our core product, the architectural design, has the greatest impact on CO₂ reduction among all aspects of our business. Sustainable design solutions implemented in a building directly influence its carbon footprint throughout the entire life cycle. We are ready to collaborate with investors committed to the challenge of achieving zero emissions. In 2024, we launched voluntary ESG reporting.
Urban design
Urban design is the process of shaping urban spaces with regard to local conditions and regulations. Its goal is to create new spatial layouts or improve existing ones while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and historical context. Spatial relations, infrastructure, mobility, and the integration of greenery play a key role.
Development management
At SRDK STUDIO, development management is more than just theoretical knowledge—it is a practice rooted in years of real estate development experience. Drawing on our legacy as the former Archicom, we spent years delivering investment projects independently, which has given us a unique perspective and a profound understanding of every stage of the construction process. We know how to manage investments not only from an advisory standpoint but, above all, as an entity that has faced real-world construction challenges—from initial concept through execution to sales and property management.
