DESCRIPTION
Architectural design is a complex process of creating spaces and buildings in line with formal and legal conditions as well as investor expectations. Its essence lies in the ability to adjust solutions for future use across a wide range of scenarios and to maintain the right balance between functionality and form.
The architect acts as the project manager, responsible for a team that includes specialists from many fields such as HVAC, structural engineering, acoustics, and fire safety. Technologies like BIM support the management of this entire process.

To ensure optimal functional and construction results, we often introduce structural and multi-disciplinary concept stages that allow us to select the best structural and installation options. We prepare the building design with all necessary documents and approvals required for the building permit, at the same time monitoring proceedings in the relevant offices and responding to their decisions. We prepare technical designs on time to allow the construction process to begin as planned. Our execution designs are clash-free thanks to 3D and BIM work, and include all required construction details, schedules, and cost estimates. 3.CONSTRUCTION PHASE | Author’s supervision Investor representation Technical and specialist supervision Optimization | After completing the design we accompany the investor during construction, providing author’s supervision to ensure that the work complies with the design. At the investor’s request, we review materials proposed as substitutes by contractors and approved by the site inspector. As a studio with many years of practical construction experience we can also act as an investor representative, supervising the project from concept through to occupancy permit, overseeing the work and reporting progress. If the construction costs exceed investor expectations, we prepare optimization designs based on our long-term expertise. |
4.PROJECT COMPLETION | Compilation of documents for final inspections and acceptance Certification Operational support | At the investor’s request and in cooperation with the site manager, we prepare as-built documentation including all minor approved changes made during construction. We have extensive experience in preparing documents for fire safety inspections. We support investors in obtaining various certifications including LEED. Upon your request, we can also help resolve operational issues if they arise. |
