ARCH. KAZIMIERZ ŚRÓDKA

Co-founder of SRDK STUDIO / Architect

The Rebellious Architect. His diploma thesis, awarded first prize by the Faculty of Architecture at Wrocław University of Science and Technology in 1981 and first prize by the Polish Society of Town Planners in Warsaw in 1983, was a manifesto against the incompetent planning and architectural policy of the era. A committed advocate of innovation and an enthusiast of emerging technologies, he believes in holistic, integrated design. Lead Designer at SRDK Architekci Studio Śródka and former Supervisory Board Member of Archicom SA. Author of numerous built and award-winning urban planning and architectural schemes. Recipient of the Merito de Wratislavia Medal for outstanding contribution to the city of Wrocław, and the Golden Honorary Badge for Distinguished Service to Lower Silesia.

ARCH.DOROTA JARODZKA-ŚRÓDKA

Co-founder and Chief Executive, SRDK STUDIO

An architect by training and by vocation. She understands the architect's calling as an obligation to take responsibility for the quality of life of those who inhabit and use the spaces she designs. Long-standing Chief Executive of Archicom, the property development company she co-founded and subsequently led to listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Honorary Chair of the Polish Association of Property Developers (PZFD). Since 2021, Principal and Lead Designer of SRDK Studio. Awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. Recipient of numerous prizes and distinctions for outstanding creative achievement in architecture, construction, and business. Lecturer on the postgraduate Property Development programme at Wrocław University of Economics.
